If you are like me, at least one woman that you love has been personally touched by breast cancer. So, if you’ve been looking for a way to give back and contribute meaningfully during Breast Cancer Awareness month, and maybe spark a little adventure of your own, Casting for Recovery has launched a sweepstakes that blends purpose, healing, and a fabulously capable off‑road SUV.
About Casting for Recovery
For 30 years, Casting for Recovery has offered no‑cost fly‑fishing retreats for women with breast cancer, uniquely creating space for connection, nature‑driven healing, and joy in an unexpected environment. Their newest fundraiser brings that mission front and center by inviting supporters to enter for a chance to win a 2026 INEOS Grenadier Fieldmaster plus $10,000 cash, with every entry helping fund retreats across the country.
Why?
Breast cancer doesn’t just impact the body. Insidiously, it reshapes routines, relationships, confidence, and identity for all involved in the process. Casting for Recovery’s retreats give women a chance to breathe again and find fellowship and sisterhood with other women that actually get it. The group grants women the chance to step into a river, learn a new skill, laugh with new friends, and reconnect with the parts of themselves that illness tries to dim.
“There was something deeply healing about being immersed in nature, focused on the moment, and reconnecting with joy.”
